Wanda Lee Davidson, 89, of Strafford, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Strafford Care Center in Strafford. She was born on Nov.
She was born on Nov. 7, 1932, in Kansas City to Raymond Clifford and Grace May (Comer) Moore. She and her twin brother, Wayne, were the youngest of five children including Nita, Robert Clifford and Doris.
She married Lyndell “Lindy” Lee Davidson on June 25, 1954. She worked at Zenith, 76 Truck Stop, and Eastgate Restaurant before buying and running The Strafford Drive-In. After Lindy’s passing in 2008, she moved to the senior citizen apartments in Marshfield.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings.
Survivors include: her sons, Wesley (Carla) of Strafford and Lance (Kathy) of Springfield; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday, May 7, at Muncie Chapel Cemetery in Wheaton. Brother Tony Ball conducted the services.
