Cher Pao Hang, 66, of Purdy, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2022, in Purdy. He was born on June 15, 1955, Laos to his parents, Xaiv Her Hang and Maiv Sheng Yang. He has 4 brothers and 5 sisters all of whom have passed except Khou Hang.

In 1972, he was married to Neng Vang, going on to be married for 50 years with seven children together; three sons (one of whom passed away in Lao at an early age) and four daughters.

Services were held from 8 a.m. Saturday, May 21, through 10 a.m. Monday, May 23, at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Burial was at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Newtonia IOOF Cemetery in Newtonia.
