She is survived by her husband, Edward Dalton, of the home; one daughter, Sheri Epling and husband, Mark, of Washburn; two grandsons, Jacob (Jake) Epling and wife, Kate, of Washburn, and Jordan Epling, of Noel; one great-granddaughter, lrelynn Marlee, and one bonus great-granddaughter, Sofia Marie; one brother, Lee Edmonson and wife, Dana, of Anderson. Irene was also a loving sister-in-law, as well as Aunt and Great-Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Nancy Edmonson, two sisters, Bernice Burnette and Frances Taylor, and by her son, Gregory Ray Dalton.

Services were held on Monday, Aug. 15, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial was at Roller Cemetery in Washburn.

Arrangements were under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
