Formerly the People’s Choice Awards, the Cassville Democrat’s and The Monett Times’ Best of the Best contests are now running, and voting has gone digital.

CherryRoad has developed its own Best of the Best software to replace the People’s Choice this year. Another change is that the contest/ballots will also be digital only and available on the websites of the Cassville Democrat and The Monett Times.

Readers may find the Best of the Best page by going to www.cassville-democrat.com or www.monett-times.com and clicking the Best of the Best button on the top left of each page.

Readers can then vote for a favorite business in several categories. Votes can be made once per day, per email address. When the voting is over, results will be calculated and winners will be contacted.

A special “thank you” section will be available to the winners to place an advertisement in to thank the readers and voters. This is a very popular event with the readers, and it gives the readers the opportunity to spotlight local businesses like they were celebrities.
