An Eagle Rock man was injured in a wreck at 1 p.m. on Oct. 4 on Route F, 10 miles south of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Clyde Beatson, 64, of Eagle Rock, was riding a 2020 Harley Davidson westbound when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the left side of the roadway.

Beatson suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

He was not wearing a safety device, and the vehicle sustained minor damage.
