A Purdy woman was injured on Friday in a wreck at 7:12 a.m. on Highway 60, two miles east of Monett.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 16-yearold juvenile male was driving a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix westbound and attempted to make a left turn, striking an eastbound 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt, being driven by Pamela Baskett, 70, of Purdy.

The collision caused the Chevrolet to overturn.

Baskett suffered minor injuries and was transported to Cox Monett Hospital. The juvenile was not injured.

Both were wearing safety devices, and both vehicles were totaled.
