Carolyn Kay Boatman, age 76, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at her home. Services were held at 2: 00 P. M. Monday, December 5, 2022 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball conducted the services.

Burial was at Horner Cemetery in Cassville, Missouri. Contributions may be made to Haven of the Ozarks in memory of Carolyn.
