OATS Transit’s Southwest Region has received three new ADA accessible minibuses thanks to federal grant funds awarded through the Ozark Transportation Organization (OTO).
The new buses were put into service at the end of February within the OTO area, which includes several southwest Missouri communities.
For information on riding OATS Transit and to see its schedules, go online to www.oatstransit.org, click on the bus schedules tab, then the county of residency. Southwest Missouri residents wanting to schedule rides should call the local office at 417-887-9272 or 800-770-6287. There are also job openings on the OATS website for driver positions across the service area.
