Dr. David Cupps begins his speech after winning a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce on Saturday. A retired veterenarian and civic leader, Cupps helped pioneer fiber internet service in the area on the Barry Electric Cooperative Board. He was presented the award at the Chamber’s annual banquet, held at The Barn at Bear Ridge off Highway 76 near Cassville.
