The Southwest High School Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) inducted 13 new members and installed new officers at a ceremony on April 12.

The new members are: Abbie Clark, Addison Cotton, Riley Flippo, Kayla Hendrix, Addison Keates, Piper King, Kelsee Merritt, Saige Miller, Tristan Morgan, Rebecca Swanepoel, Montana Skelton, Kaleigh Tull and Rachel Willer.
President Signe Suchowski presided over the event. The new officers are President Lyric Bernard, Vice President Charlie Pippin, Secretary Juliauna Sierra and Treasurer Kameron Kelley.
Joining the new inductees in NHS were: Caleb Ayer, Cally Bowyer, Anna Church, Alli Fosse, Kameron Kelley, Jordan Long, Jordyn Martin, Faith Outhouse, Dylan Rainwater, Alexis Raucstadt, Shaylea Rose, Alexandria Shrum, Brooklynn Slye, Cammie Uthe, Emily Wilson and Lilly Wolf.
