Virginia Louise Miers, 88, of Aurora, Mo., passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Cassville Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville, Mo.

She was born June 10, 1934, in Lomax, Ill., the daughter of Joseph Wendell and Edith Mae (Klopping) Sparrow, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include, husband, Rex Eaton; one son, Darrell Miers of Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Carol MacAuley of Pocatello, Idaho and Charyl Miers of Omaha, Neb.; two sisters, Elaine Bowden of San Bernadino, Calif. and Helen Batson of Waukesha, Wis., and three grandchildren.

She worked at H&R Block in Omaha as an accountant for several years.

She was a member of Community Faith Chapel in Cassville.

Services were held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Community Faith Chapel in Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
