Lisa Lea Hayworth, 58, of Bella Vista, Ark. passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at her home.

She was born January 20, 1965, in Rogers, Ark. the daughter of Carl and Phyllis (Arnold) Hayworth.

Preceding her in death was her father, Carl Hayworth; an infant daughter, Melissa Kaiser and one brother, Ronald Hayworth.

Survivors include two sons, Haskell Fuller and his wife Sonia of Bentonville, Ark. and Edgar Fuller and his wife Cinthia of Gravette, Ark.; one daughter, Jo Mead of Bella Vista, Ark.; two brothers, Roy Hayworth and his wife Debbie of Avoca, Ark. and Donald Hayworth and his wife Donetta of Seligman, Mo.; three sisters, Joyce Beck and her husband Leonard of Purdy, Mo., Connie Severs of Purdy, Mo. and Dorothy Baggett of Seligman, Mo. and four grandchildren.

She attended school in Bentonville, Ark. She was employed as a cook at the Waffle Hut in Rogers, Ark. and the Short Stop Grill in Garfield, Ark. and worked as a waitress at Connie’s Cafe in Washburn, Mo.

Services were held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball conducted the services. Burial will be at Washburn Prairie Cemetery in Washburn, Mo.
