Bobby Wayne “Bob” Bradford, 79, of Wheaton, Mo. passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin after a long battle with dementia.
He was born November 25, 1944, in Stella, Mo., the son of Theodore Montgomery and Margie (Stephenson) Bradford, who preceded him in death.
Also preceding him in death were his sister, Linda Beavers and granddaughters, Miranda Ballard and Mykala McKinney.
Survivors include five sons, Larry Bradford of Cave Springs, Ark., Kevin Bradford and his wife Teresa of Bella Vista, Ark., Teddy Bradford of Fayetteville, Ark., Randy Bradford and his wife Tera of Bentonville, Ark. and Nicholas Bradford and his wife Sarah of San Fransisco, Calif.; three daughters, Tammy Bradford of Pea Ridge, Ark., Gina McKinney of Noel, Mo. and Brandy Bradford of Wheaton, Mo.; three sisters, Pat Savage of Exeter, Mo., Janie Bateman of Rogers, Ark., and Barbara Eaststep of Kansas City, Mo.; 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
He grew up in Seligman, Mo., where he attended grade school. After moving to the Wheaton, Missouri area, he attended junior and senior high school in Wheaton from where he graduated. He worked in many different industries, but was most known for his time as a truck driver and a horse wrangler.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 15, 2024, at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton, Mo. Pastor Scott Mitchell will conduct the service.

Lowell “Eugene” Burkett
Lowell “Eugene” Burkett, 76, of Seligman, Mo., passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at his home in Seligman.
He was born April 18, 1947, in Butler County, Mo., the son of Alvin and Edith (Smith) Burkett, who preceded him in death.
He was also preceded in death by seven brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his daughter, Valerie Ann Burns and her husband Hal of Monett, Mo.; one sister, Onida Clubb and her husband David of Rogers, Ark. and six brothers, Robert Burkett and his wife Amy of Pineville, Mo., David Burkett and his wife Melissa of Seligman, Mo., Bruce Burkett of Seligman, Mo., Tim Burkett of Seligman, Mo., Steve Burkett and his wife Kim of Pea Ridge, Ark. and Garry Burkett and his wife Darlene of Pea Ridge, Ark.
He was employed as a truck driver in the petroleum industry. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
