Vicky Joan Brattin (Daniel), 71, of Nixa, Mo. passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Mo.

She was born August 24, 1952, in Cassville, Mo., the daughter of Nick and Joan (Pierce) Vanderpool, who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Danny Brattin, and one brother, Rick Vanderpool.

Survivors include her daughter, Joanna Sexton and her husband Steve of Nixa, Mo. and her three grandchildren; sister, Donna Vanderpool of Springfield, Mo.; sister-in-law, Charlie Vanderpool of Purdy, Mo., and brother, Randy Vanderpool of Butterfield, Mo.

She graduated from Southwest High School in Washburn, Mo. She was employed by Justin Boot as a stitcher for several years from where she retired. She also spent countless weekends/ hours clerking for several local auctioneers.

She was a member of North Point Church in Nixa.

Services were held Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball conducted the services. Burial was at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter, Mo.
