Janice Kay Henson, 77, of Cassville, Mo. passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Roaring River Health and Rehab in Cassville, Mo.
She was born on July 29, 1947, in Miami, Okla., the daughter of Edward and Mildred (Bowsher) Jackson, who preceded her in death along with several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Cooper, and her husband Ben of Granby, Mo.; her grandsons, Greg Swaffar of Bowling Green, Mo., and Erik Swaffar of Cassville, Mo. and three great grandsons.
She grew up and attended school in Cassville, Mo., where she graduated from Cassville High School. She was employed by Jumping Jacks as a stitcher for 15 years. After the company closed, she continued her career at Justin Boot, where she dedicated 39 years before retiring.
She was a member of Blessing Heights Worship Center in Cassville.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Bowsher Cemetery in Cassville, Mo., under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
Brother Brad Hudson and Brother Tony Ball will conduct the services.
