Carousel needs a human hero! Her date of birth is Aug. 2, 2015, and she’s a white and black Pit Bull Terrier. Carousel was adopted from the Haven as a puppy. She and that family had a wonderful bond. It is through no fault of her own that she is back at the sanctuary and looking for another home. She has done well around children ages 3 and up. She should not live with cats because she plays too rough around them, and she should meet any new dogs before going home with them. She is house trained and likes to sleep on couches. Her favorite toys are plastic bottles, stuffed animals, inflatable beach balls, and large sticks. The smaller the dog, the more Carousel likes it! Carousel does have allergies that will require specific care. Adopters can complete an application at www.havenoftheozarks.org/adopt. No appointment is needed. The Haven is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week. All Haven of the Ozarks pets are fixed, up to date on their vaccinations, and microchipped.
