Adorable little Frankie and his sister, Gladys, were found dumped on a road before coming to the Haven. They are believed to be Australian Shepherd mixed breed. Estimated date of birth is Aug. 8. Adopters can complete an application at www. havenoftheozarks.org/adopt. No appointment is needed. The Haven is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week.
