James Ray Creekmore, 47, of Monett, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, at his home.

He was born Oct. 21, 1975, in San Leandro, Calif., the son of Harold Creekmore, Sr. and Linda Callaway.

Survivors include: his mother, Linda Callaway, of Sacramento, Calif., and one daughter, Emilly Costlow, of Cassville.

Preceding him in death were his father, Harold Creekmore, Sr. and brother, Harold Creekmore, Jr.

After high school James worked in construction as a roofer.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
