Bettilou Iris “Betty” Sharp, 89, of Cassville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022, at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville.

She was born July 19, 1933, in Lynden, Wash., the daughter of Arthur and Helen (Leake) Ewing who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, Jack Ballard and a granddaughter.

Survivors include: one son, Robin Ballard of Jay, Okla.; one daughter, Jackie Sharp of Wyandotte, Okla.; one brother, George Ewing of N.D.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She graduated from high school in California.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
