Jimmy Lee Brown, 59, of Cassville, passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, due to complications after brain surgery.

He was born November 15, 1963 the son of Billy Carl Brown and Velma Joyce Callaway Brown Beardslee, who preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death was one brother, Billy Brown.

Survivors include his son, Shannon Brown of Cassville; three sisters, Loretta (Kenny) Gabriel of Butler, Joanne (Denny) Owens of Aurora, Missouri and Barbara (Dwayne) Wallen of El Dorado Springs; two brothers, Bobby (Carla) Brown of Monett, and Jerry (Brenda) Brown of Monett, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.

He attended school at Purdy, Missouri. He worked for Friend Tire Company most of his life.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Reverend Tony Martin will conduct the services. Burial will be at Sparks Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
