Tammy Ann (Fielding) Crouch, 50, of Galena, Kansas passed away Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.
She was born April 2, 1972, in Monett, the daughter of Tommy and Nancy (Nesbitt) Fielding.
Survivors include her father, Tommy Fielding and his wife Deloris of Washburn; her mother, Nancy Fielding of Cassville; two sons, Nelson Paul of Galena, Kan. and Gabriel Crouch-Fuller of Monett; three daughters, Samantha Crouch of Galena, Kan., Kylee Crouch-Fuller of Monett, and Kahlen Crouch-Fuller of Monett,; one brother, Tommie Dean Fielding of Cassville; two sisters, Lurena Stewart and her husband Aaron of Wheaton, and Kerry Rose and her husband Joey of Cassville.
She grew up and attended school in Washburn, graduating from Southwest High School. After graduation she attended Arvest University in Largo, Florida. Tammy was employed by local nursing homes as a CNA.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
