Howard Gene Greek, 73, of Aurora, passed on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at his home. He was born January 14, 1950, in McDowell, Missouri the son of Edward and Bonnie (Clevenger) Greek.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Greek and his brother, David Greek.

Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Greek Hedrick of Aurora; one daughter, Juliet Hazzard and her husband, Russell, of Defuniak Springs, Flo.; four sons, Greg Brophy and his wife, Mikala, of Monett, John Brophy of Hurley, Tom Greek of Jenkins, and Josh Greek and his wife, Kelly, of Killeen, Texas; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Gene was a 1968 graduate of Aurora High School and was a self-employed mechanic. He was of the Baptist Faith.
