William George Reust, 75, of Seligman, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023 near his home.

He was born April 6, 1947 in Guymon, Okla. the son of Charles and Vera (Cross) Reust who preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death was his wife, Linda Sue Bridwell; three sisters, Pauline Barrett, Juanita Japp and Dorothy Fischer.

Survivors include four sons, William Reust of Placerville, Calif., Michael Reust of Arvada, Colo., Zachary O’Malley and his wife Tracy of Spokane, Wash. and Colin O’Malley of Spokane, Wash.; one brother, Earl Reust and his wife Maria of Virginia Beach, VA.; two sisters, Alice Parker and her husband Dean of Guymon, Okla. and Ruby Harbour of Corinth, Texas and eight grandchildren.

William grew up and received his education in Guymon, Oklahoma graduating from Guymon High School in 1965. After school he joined the United States Navy serving during the Vietnam War and was station in Okinawa, Japan. When William returned he went to college and then began working as a carpenter, traveling all over the United States.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri.
