Ellen May White, 80, of Eagle Rock, Mo. passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at her home surrounded by friends.

She was born October 21, 1943, in Los Angeles, Calif. the daughter of Robert and Ruby (Clayton) Murphy who preceded her in death.

Also proceeding her in death was her husband, Ed White, and one nephew, Robert Murphy.

Survivors include one brother, Bob Murphy and his wife Carolyn of Dewey, Ariz.; two sisters, Susan Dade of Dewey, Ariz. and Mary Anne Abdon and her husband Jim of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

She attended high school at Marymount Girls Catholic High School in Palos Verdes, Calif. for 3 years and graduated from Bishop Montgomery High School in Torrence, Calif. in 1961. She moved to Eagle Rock in 1988 where she was a member of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 1, 2023, at Blue Eye Cemetery in Blue Eye, Mo., under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Sister Alice Pressley will conduct the services.
