Drive-thru lanes will be unavailable beginning Dec. 26
Arvest Bank has announced construction began Tuesday to replace the Main Street branch’s traditional drive thru lanes with ATM with Live Teller machines.
Located at 503 Main St. in Cassville, the drive thru lanes will be unavailable during construction. Pending any weather delays, construction should take about 6-8 weeks.
With operating hours of Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the ATM with Live Teller machines will extend hours of operation at the branch, allowing customers the ability to conduct transactions face-to-face with Arvest tellers via a video screen.
Live Tellers can assist with deposits, withdrawals, bill exchanges, loan payments, check cashing, credit card payments and more. The machines also function as a traditional ATM, which is available 24/7.
The bank recently announced the first ATM with Live Teller in Barry County when it was installed in the lobby of the Main Street branch this summer.
“The convenience that our ATM with Live Tellers give customers has made them very popular not just in Cassville but across our footprint,” said Sarah Dalton, Arvest Community Bank President in Cassville. “We understand that not every customer has the ability to complete transactions with us during normal business hours. This innovative technology extends those hours of availability, allowing customers to easily interact with Arvest associates and conduct a number of financial transactions while in the drive thru.”
Visitors can visit the lobby for banking needs during construction. Lobby hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers can also use the Arvest Go mobile app 24/7 for many transactional needs. Visit arvest.com/liveteller for more information.
