The Cassville YMCA will host Winter Break Camp for local students in January. The Winter Break Camp is Jan. 2-5, 2024, and is $60 per week for members and $100 per week or nonmembers. The. YMCA will also host youth on the January days out of school, Jan. 8 and Jan. 15, 2024. Those dates may be signed up for separately. The camp and days out run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the YMCA. Breakfast and a snack is provided, and participants should bring a sack lunch.. The Camp is open to students kindergarten through sixth grades, and activities include arts and crafts, group games, athletics, STEM projects and more. Market open twice per week
The Cassville Farmers’ Market is open for the season, running twice a week on Tuesdays from 4-7 p.m. across from Security Bank and Saturdays on the Cassville Square from 8 a.m. to noon. OATS Transit offers regular transportation services for the rural general public of any age, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Please call the local OATS Transit office at 417-8879272 or 800-770-6287 to schedule a ride or find out about services in the Barry County area. OATS offices will be closed, and regular routes will not be running on Feb. 20 for Presidents’ Day. Please keep this in mind as trips are scheduled near these holidays. Seligman dances ongoing each

The Seligman Chamber of Commerce country dances at the Seligman Chamber Event Center are every Saturday from 7-10 p.m. No alcohol is allowed. Admission is $10 per person, and 18-and-under are free. There is a potluck, 50-50 drawing and door prizes. For more information, people may call 479903-3640.
