An Exeter man was injured on Monday in a wreck at 10:30 a.m. on Highway 76, eight miles east of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Charles Packwood, 60, of Exeter, was driving a 1995 Kenworth westbound when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, hit a MoDOT sign, traveled back onto the roadway and overturned.

Packwood suffered minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Mercy Hospital in Cassville.

He was wearing a safety device, and the vehicle was totaled.
