Betty J. Woosley, 95, of Independence, Mo. passed away on September 13, 2024.

She was born in Cassville, Mo., on May 15, 1929, the daughter of Floyd and Charline (Baker) Ash, who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Lyal L. Woosley; two brothers, Rex Ash and Hansford Ash, and sisterin- law, Viola Ash.

Survivors include her two daughters, Kay Keister and her husband Tim of Raytown, Mo., and Gay Hadl and her husband David of Lawrence, Kan.; two granddaughters, and two great-grandsons.

A graduate of Cassville High School, Class of 1947, Betty furthered her education with some college and built a career as a parts expediter for Allis-Chalmers Tractors & Equipment.

She was a member of the Church of God (Anderson, Ind.).

Services were held at Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo. Reverend Royce Burke conducted the services. Burial was at Horner Cemetery in Cassville, Mo.
