The Cassville Family YMCA has announced a leadership change, aiming to reaffirm its commitment to promoting health and well-being in the community.
“With an energized leadership team in place, the YMCA is set to continue its essential role in providing services that support families, youth, and overall community wellness,” said Danielle Wise, vice president of development for the Ozarks Regional YMCA.
The new leadership team in Cassville includes:
• Bob Crouthamel, senior program director, will oversee sports, special events and programs, ensuring the YMCA’s offerings continue to inspire and engage participants of all ages.
• Ariana Diaz, operations director, will manage the dayto- day operations of the facility, staff, and administrative processes, guaranteeing that the community enjoys a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Jessica Smith, membership director, will lead the welcome staff and oversee membership- related initiatives, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all members.
