On Saturday, the Cassville High School Senior Beta Club hosted the Cassville Spring Chill Pickleball Tournament, welcoming 101 players from across the four-state area, as well as competitors from Colorado, Minnesota and Montana. Arvest Bank, of Cassville, served as the title sponsor for the event.

Players enjoyed exceptional spring weather, with temperatures in the 50s to 60s, and occasional wind throughout the day. Organizers were relieved to have avoided the storms and extreme winds that had impacted the area the previous day.

The tournament featured multiple events, including three men’s doubles, three women’s doubles, and two mixed doubles competitions. Organizers called the event a great success, providing a competitive and enjoyable experience for all participants.
