Andrew Allen “Bub” Parker, 29, of Cassville, Mo. passed away on March 21, 2025, following a vehicle accident in Seligman, Mo.
He was born on March 27, 1995, in Gravette, Ark., to Kevin Parker and Elizabeth (Young) McGuire.
He is survived by his father, Kevin Parker and his wife Brittany of Seligman, Mo.; mother, Elizabeth (Young) McGuire of Springdale, Ark.; son, Brantley Parker of Cassville, Mo.; two sisters, Amanda Raye Bornowski and her husband Cameron and their two sons of Fort Hood, Texas and Abbigail McGuire of Springdale, Ark.; Paternal grandmother, Peggy Parker, “Nanny” of Hindsville, Ark.; maternal grandmother, Lucy Young, “Grams” of Rogers, Ark.; fiancée, Bethany McMurry of Cassville, Mo. and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Guyola Parker; paternal grandfather, Leonard Parker, “Pawpaw” and maternal grandfather, Roy Young, “Pap.”
Bub attended Southwest High School in Washburn, Mo.
He worked as a general contractor for several construction companies.
Bub’s family invites those who wish to honor his memory to contribute to the trust fund for his son’s future.
Two celebrations of life in honor of Bub will be held. The first celebration of life will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday, March 28, 2025 at Seligman Chamber of Commerce Event Center in Seligman, Mo.
The second celebration of life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Gateway City Park in Gateway, Ark. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
