Springsteen just thought he was born to run, but luckily, he was picked up by Cassville Police Department before he was hit by a car. This brave Blue Heeler is looking to spend his glory days with a loving family who can give him the attention he deserves and lots of play time. Springsteen was born in the USA and his estimated date of birth is Feb. 2, 2023. All the Haven’s pets are fixed, up to date on their vaccinations and microchipped.

50 YEARS AGO: A BLIZZARD VIEW — The photo was taken Wednesday afternoon during blizzard conditions in Cassville. A one-block view is nearly obscured by the hard blowing snow that followed heavy sleet. Raeleigh Brown, 9, of Exeter competed on Sept. 23 at the Missouri State 4-H public speaking competition in Columbia, where she placed second in the junior division (ages 8-10). Junior 4-H members write, prepare and present a 3-5 minute speech to a panel of judges. During the competition, Brown spoke about “No Horsin’ Around,” which explained her journey of learning about horses through her 4-H project. She is a member of the Exeter Trailblazers 4-H.
