Age: 39 Current Occupation: Executive Director-Barry County E9-1-1 Past Experience: 20 Years in Public Safety with 13 years in an executive leadership role, current North Alderman Education: ENP (Emergency Numbering Professional) with numerous coursework and CEU’s in budgets, leadership, scheduling, employee management and government regulations/ legislation 1. Why do you want to be North Ward Alderman? I currently serve as North Ward Alderman, during this term, I directly served on the Police Efficiency committee where we made positive changes with benefits, pay and equipment to make CPD more attractable as an employer, which drastically improved our hiring position and retention of officers.


4 advance to Speech and Debate State
Results from Cassville High School's Speech and Debate District tournament in Carthage have been released. The following students will advance to state: • Kim Hang in Humorous Interpretation • Audrey Gosvener in Original Oratory • Tierany Sloan in Radio Speaking • Kyle Bailey in Poetry Cassville saw 10 of 12 individual events reach the final top 6 to medal at districts.


‘Let’s Get Growing’ garden workshop in Cassville
Barry County Master Gardeners are hosting their annual spring garden workshop on March 23 at First Baptist Church Family Life Center in downtown Cassville at 602 West St. Doors will open at 9 a.m.
