FROM THE ARCHIVES: Murder on the tracks — who killed Justin Hocutt?
The body of a 14-year-old boy was found on the train tracks in Seligman on the cool, crisp fall morning of Oct. 9, 1999. The body belonged to Justin Hocutt, a Southwest student, and resident of Seligman.
