Robin Lanette K

ier Robin Lanette Kier, age 61, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones. Robin, daughter of Charles and Alice Jean (Crane) Reed, was born on February 12, 1963, in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She graduated high school in Grove, Oklahoma, and subsequently graduated from Oklahoma A and M with associate degree in general studies then went on to Missouri Southern State University in 1987, where she obtained a BS in Elementary Education, and was the homecoming queen in 1986. She received her Master’s Degree in Leadership Ethics at John Brown University in 2004. Robin began working as an admissions counselor at Crowder College in Neosho in 1987. Prior to retirement Robin received an outstanding service award in September of 2014. She retired in 2015 as Student Services Coordinator after 28 years at Crowder College. Following her retirement, she enjoyed spending time on the family farm with her grandson Radley and her dogs, Birdie and Daisy. She was a lifelong Oklahoma State University fan and loved reading and music. She was saved at a young age and was proud member of the United Methodist Church in Washburn.

iddle Evelyn Bernice (Dryer) Riddle, Age 92, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, long time resident of Cassville, Missouri, passed away on March 5th, 2024, surrounded by her family. Evelyn was born on November 3, 1931 at Peace Valley, Missouri, to Boyd and Dessie Dryer. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and her husband Verdayne.

Johnny Cowles

Johnny Cowles, 83, of Cassville, Mo., passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024, while under the care of Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Mo. He was born March 29, 1940, in Hasty, Ark., the son of Aubry and Vernie (Fiveash) Cowles, who preceded him in death.
