Starsky and his buddy, Hutch, were found tied to the Haven sign at the end of the road with an electrical cord. These two sweet and friendly dogs deserve much better! Starsky is a brown colored Dachshund mix and is a small dog weighing 17 pounds. Date of birth is Feb. 24, 2020.

Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week, Aug. 21
Hutch and his buddy, Starsky, were found tied to the Haven sign at the end of our road with an electrical cord. Upon intake, we discovered Hutch had contracted Canine Parvovirus because he had not been properly vaccinated as a puppy. He required hospitalization at the vet. Hutch beat the virus and is ready to go to a home where he will be properly cared for and spoiled rotten. He is such a sweet dog who has a lot of love to share with his new family! Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week
Meet Maverik! This handsome black and tan beagle/ bloodhound mix needs a home. Maverik is great with children, loves any toy that squeaks, is a great car rider and is accustomed to a leash. He is still young and could benefit from some training, but he does know the commands down, sit and stay. He gets excited to see people and is very loving.

Lulu and her brother, O.J. (Odin), were abandoned in the country, but fortunately, they were found by a nice human. They are blackmouth cur mixes, date of birth March 4. They are good with dogs, cats and children. They are crate trained and love to play in the water. They would love to find a loving home and have a short stay in the shelter.
