Knowledge Bowl teams compete in Big 8
Cassville Middle School and High School Knowledge Bowl teams recently competed in the Big 8 Conference Tournament that was held at Monett High School. Both teams are led by Mrs. Lisa Reid, Knowledge Bowl Coach. The CHS team finished in second place. Freshmen Jonah Cupps earned second place individual overall and Hale Cox finished in 15th place individual overall. The CMS team earned a third-place finish, and San Junior placed second individual overall. Lady ‘Cats take 2nd in district
For the second year in a row, the Cassville girls basketball team reached the Class 4, District 12 championship game, and also for the second year in a row, the Lady Wildcats suffered the same result.

O C the Quilts is a judged quilt show presented by the Ozark Country Quilters of Cassville/Monett. In addition to over 200 items displayed, there will be a quilt turning, demonstrations, vendors, boutique, opportunity quilt, special exhibits and knife/scissor sharpening.
