Rescheduled Rotary Rodeo rides into town
Rescheduled due to a heavy windstorm six days before the original dates, the Cassville Rotary Rodeo is returning for its 84th installment. The Cassville Rotary Club and Cassville FFA Booster Club have teamed up once again to bring two nights of action-packed rodeo fun to Bill Hailey Arena Friday and Saturday, starting at 7 p.m.

Power of Pink making milestones
Power of Pink is celebrating its 14th year of service to women diagnosed with breast cancer by raising a record $53,442.90 in donations to four Pink Ladies of 2024. Janice McCracken, Power of Pink founder and organizer, said including this year’s recipients, the organization has helped 54 women total and raised $415,265.51.

Beds built by Barry Countians for Barry Countians
Doug Dunning, right, brands beds with the Sleep in Heavenly Peace logo while Lasche Finch looks on during a construction event Saturday in the parking lot at First Christian Church in Cassville. With the help of 20-30 volunteers at several summer construction events, the non-profit group has delivered 185 beds to Barry County children since June 2023.
